Additional preparation time may be required for energized gemstones, customized Vastu products, or specialized spiritual products, as these products are shipped after a personalized energization process and quality check.
2. Shipping & Dispatch Time
Once the order is processed, it is dispatched through a trusted courier partner. Tracking details are provided to the customer via SMS or email, allowing easy access to the status of their order.
3. Estimated Delivery Time:
Major cities in India: 3–7 working days
Other cities and rural areas: 5–10 working days
Remote areas may take longer
Delivery times may be affected by weather, festivals, natural conditions, or courier delays.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are determined based on order value, weight, and delivery location. Free shipping offers or promotional shipping may be available from time to time. The final shipping charge will be clearly displayed on the checkout page.
5. Order Tracking
Once the order is dispatched, the customer can check the live status of their parcel via the tracking number. If the tracking update shows a delay, the customer need not panic as it may take time for the courier system to update.
6. Delivery Responsibility
The customer is responsible for providing the correct address, mobile number, and contact information. Additional shipping charges may apply if delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete information. The customer or authorized person must be available at the time of delivery.
7. Delivery Attempts
The courier partner typically makes 2–3 delivery attempts. If the customer is unavailable, the parcel may be returned. Additional reshipping fees may apply.
8. Damaged or Missing Package
If the customer receives a damaged or open package upon delivery, they must immediately contact Customer Support with photo or video evidence. The complaint must be filed within 48 hours of delivery.
9. Shipping Limitations
Shop Astro Majestic reserves the right to cancel the order or provide an alternative shipping option if courier service is unavailable in certain areas.
