Cancellation & Replacement Policy.

Cancellations will not be accepted after dispatch of Electronic Products or Special Therapy Equipment has begun.

3. Eligible Products for Replacement.

The following products are eligible for replacement:

Replacement will only be granted based on a manufacturing defect or delivery issue.

4. Replacement Request Conditions.

A customer may place a replacement request under the following conditions:
> Damaged Product Received.
> Wrong Product Delivered.
> Manufacturing Defect.
> Electronic Product Not Working (On Arrival).

Replacement requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

Customer must provide the following proof:
1. Unboxing Video (Mandatory).
2. Product Images.
3. Order Invoice / Order ID.
4. Defect Description.

Replacements without unboxing proof may be rejected.

5. Hygiene & Safety Policy.

Acupressure and acupuncture products are used in direct contact with the body. Therefore:

-: Used products will not be replaced
-: Opened sterile acupuncture needles will not be replaced
-: Personal hygiene products will not be returned

This rule has been implemented to maintain customer safety and health standards.

6. Electronic Products Replacement Rules.

-: Replacement will be provided in case of Dead on Arrival (DOA).
-: Replacement is possible if the product has physical damage or a manufacturing defect.

7. Non-Replacement Conditions.

Replacement will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

Product Damage by Customer.

Incorrect Usage.

Power Voltage Issue.

Normal Wear & Tear.

Minor Cosmetic Difference.

Delay Complaint (after 48 hours).

Shop Astro Majestic’s decision will be final.

8. Replacement Process (Step by Step).

2: Proof Verification.
3: Replacement Approval.

4: Pickup Arrangement (if applicable).
5: Product Inspection.
6: Replacement Dispatch.

Replacement Processing Time: 5–7 Working Days.

9. Pickup & Shipping Policy.

In case of a wrong or defective product, return pickup can be done by our team.

In remote locations, customers may need to self-courier.

Approved return shipping costs may be reimbursed.

Replacements will only be sent to the original shipping address.

10. Warranty Disclaimer (Electronic Products).

Some electronic products are covered under the Manufacturer Warranty.

Customer will use the product according to the provided instructions. Problems caused by improper use will not be eligible for replacement. Therapy products are not a substitute for medical treatment.

12. Partial Replacement Policy.

If only one part of the product kit is defective:
Only the defective part will be replaced. Full product replacement will not be necessary. This policy is in place for faster service and resource conservation.

13. Fraud Prevention Policy.

Shop Astro Majestic uses a Fraud Prevention System.

Fake Damage Claim. Used Product Return Attempt. Replacement Misuse. Account Blocking may occur in these circumstances.

14. Cancellation by Shop Astro Majestic.

We may cancel orders under the following circumstances:

Out of Stock Product.
Logistics Issue.
Payment Verification Failure.
Technical Error.

A full refund will be issued in these circumstances.

15. Customer Responsibility.

Customer Responsibilities:
Providing the correct address. Being available at the time of delivery. Inspecting the package upon receipt. Taking an unboxing video. Complaints may be limited after accepting delivery.
