Cancellation & Replacement Policy (Gemstones)

Shop Astro Majestic is committed to providing high-quality natural and astrologically selected gemstones to its customers. Because gemstones are products associated with spiritual, astrological, and personal energies, special rules apply for cancellation and replacement. This policy was developed to maintain transparency between customers and our service.

1. Order Cancellation Policy (Order Cancellation Terms)

A customer may request cancellation after placing a gemstone order only under limited circumstances.

-: Cancellation may be accepted before order dispatch.
-: Cancellation is only possible if the gemstone has not yet undergone the Energization, Certification, or Custom Preparation process.
-: Cancellation requests must be submitted via Customer Support or email.

-: Once a gemstone is energized, activated, or prepared based on a personalized recommendation, the order cannot be cancelled.

2. Customized & Energized Gemstones Policy

Most gemstones offered by Shop Astro Majestic are prepared based on:

Kundali Analysis
Astrology Recommendation
Energy Activation / Energization
Specific Finger & Metal Suggestion

Such gemstones undergo a personalized energization process, therefore:

->: Energized gemstones are non-cancellable
->: Refunds will not be applicable
->: Exchanges will not be accepted under normal circumstances

This rule is necessary to maintain the spiritual sanctity and personal compatibility of the gemstone.

3. Replacement Policy

Replacement will only be accepted in the following situations:

1. Wrong Gemstone Delivered
2. Damaged Gemstone Received Certification or Product Mismatch Issue

Replacement requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

Customer must provide the following proof:
1. Unboxing Video
2. Product Images
3. Order ID / Invoice

Replacements without proof will not be accepted.

4. Replacement Conditions

Requirements for replacement:
1. Gemstone must be unused
2. Stone must not be mounted or worn
3. Original packaging must be intact
4. Lab Certificate (if available) must be returned

Replacement will be approved after inspection.

Shipping & Handling

-: In case of a wrong or damaged product, replacement shipping will be borne by Shop Astro Majestic.
-: In other circumstances, return shipping may be borne by the customer.

The replacement process is generally completed within 5–7 working days.

5. Natural Gemstone Disclaimer

Natural gemstones form naturally in the earth, so:

1. Slight color variations
2. Natural inclusions
3. Texture variations

are considered normal and will not be considered defects.

6. Astrology Result Disclaimer

Gemstones are spiritual remedies based on Vedic astrology principles. Their results depend on a person’s planetary positions, karma, beliefs, and life circumstances.

Replacement or cancellation will not be applicable if the expected results are not achieved.
