Cancellation & Replacement Policy (Vastu Products)
Shop Astro Majestic is committed to providing its customers with pure, energized, and high-quality Vastu Products. Our Cancellation & Replacement Policy aims to provide customers with a transparent, secure, and reliable shopping experience. Since Vastu Products are associated with energy balancing and spiritual use, special rules apply.
1. Order Cancellation Policy.
Cancellations will only be accepted under limited circumstances after a customer has ordered a Vastu Product.
-: Cancellation requests will be accepted before the order is dispatched.
-: The customer can submit a cancellation request via email or customer support.
-: If the product has already been packed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
Some Vastu Products are specifically shipped after an Energy Activation or Spiritual Process, so cancellation will not apply to such products.
2. Energized / Activated Vastu Products.
Vastu Products that are prepared after a special puja, energy purification, or Vastu optimization process are considered Personalized Spiritual Products.
->: Such products will not be eligible for cancellation, return, or refund.
Because after the energization process, the product is no longer resalable.
3. Replacement Policy.
Shop Astro Majestic only offers replacements under the following circumstances:
1. Wrong Product Delivered
2. Damaged Product Received
3. Manufacturing Defect
Replacement requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
Customer must provide the following proof:
1. Unboxing Video or Clear Photos
2. Order ID / Invoice
3. Original Packaging Must Be Safe
Replacements will not be accepted without proof.
4. Non-Replacement Conditions.
Replacements will not be available under the following circumstances:
-: Product has been used
-: Complaints after installation or use
-: Energy results not as expected
-: Damage caused by customer
-: Discount or Clearance Sale Items
Vastu products are intended for spiritual energy balancing, so results vary by individual.
5. Replacement Process.
Once the replacement is approved:
-: Product pickup will be arranged (if applicable)
-: Replacement will be dispatched after inspection
-: Processing time may take 5–7 working days
If the same product is not available, a store credit or alternative product option may be offered.
6. Shipping Charges Policy.
Shipping costs will be borne by Shop Astro Majestic for a wrong or damaged product.
In other circumstances, the customer may incur a return shipping charge.
7. Customer Responsibility.
The customer is responsible for:
1. Providing correct address and contact details | 2. Checking the product upon delivery | 3. Keeping the packaging safe. Shop Astro Majestic will not be held responsible for any problems caused by incorrect information.
8. Spiritual Disclaimer.
Vastu products are based on traditional Vaastu Shastra principles. Their effects depend on a person’s faith, the energy of the location, the method of use, and the circumstances. Shop Astro Majestic does not guarantee any specific results or benefits.
9. Policy Modification Rights.
Shop Astro Majestic reserves the right to amend the Cancellation and Replacement Policy without prior notice. The new policy will be effective upon publication on the website.
